John OFA Rhee is a Korean singer-songwriter. He started his career in the talent show ‘Superstar K’ where he ended in the top eight. You can immediately see his immense talent with his soulful voice and his guitar playing.
He co-founded the artist crew, Kunstbloom where he collaborated with artists like as PRIMARY, Sam Ock, Stella Jang, and Kim Min-seok of Melomance.
His first EP came in 2017 with the release of ‘You’ll be alright’.
After that came the single ‘CRAZY’.
His collab with Kim Min-seok came out in 2018.
That same year John OFA Rhee also released ‘how long can we go?’ with the title track ‘Wishful Thoughts’.
In 2021 he came out with the full-length album ‘Bleeding in sunset blvd’. He released the EPs ‘Bleeding in’, ‘sunset blvd’ and the single ‘waiting’ as pre-releases.
John OFA Rhee has an amazing vocal color and a great lyricism that really come together in his music. I’m always excited to listen to his new releases and have been following him for quite a couple of years.
