The boys from &TEAM are back with their new mini-album ‘Mark on Me’. Let’s dive right in!
Mark on Me
We start off with the title track ‘Mark on Me’ which opens with a beautiful piano and switches into dramatic vocals and an even more dramatic progression. The beat goes kinda hard, and overall this is a very impressive track and boasts a lot of talent and insane synths.
‘Good Boy’ comes up next and brings hip-hop, power and a heavy chant mixed with 808 beats that will absolutely wreck your car speakers. This was a dope listen!
After that comes ‘Love Jang’ which brings us back to the 90s with retro synths and a lot of charm. ” The lyrics sing about deepening feelings for someone you like and the preciousness of the time spent conveying those feelings. “
‘Accelerate’ is a pop R&B blend with softer vocals and a solid kick snare. This was a very smooth listen.
‘Empty’ delivers with an emotional alt rock ballad. This has some grungy guitars, raw vocals and brings out my inner emo.
‘Night to howl!’ is the final track and travels back to the 2000s pop punk scene. This was a really fun listen and will have you unironically howling with them.
