‘PUREFLOW’ pt.1

Pureflow‘ opens the album with a killer intro track packed with punk-inspired instrumentals and layered narration that immediately gives the release a fun, rebellious, and unique atmosphere. It perfectly sets the tone for the genre-blending journey ahead.

We jump straight into the title track, ‘BOOMPALA‘, which samples the iconic ‘Macarena’ while adding touches of Latin house music into the mix. The song fully embraces LE SSERAFIM’s playful, carefree, and slightly unserious side in the best possible way. It is an absolute party anthem packed with catchy lyrics, addictive rhythms, and an energy that instantly puts listeners in a good mood. The music video elevates the experience even further with its vibrant visuals and chaotic charm, so make sure to check it out below.

‘CELEBRATION’ is up next and this single does not need introduction, since it was pre-release, we have all felt how infectious, unique, and effortlessly cool it is.

CELEBRATION‘ follows next, and honestly, this single hardly needs an introduction at this point. Since its pre-release, listeners have already experienced just how infectious, stylish, and effortlessly cool the track truly is.

We then move into a fusion of pop, rock, and EDM with ‘Creatures‘. The track completely goes off, revealing a slightly angstier and darker side of the group. The aggressive production and explosive progression make this one of the album’s most exciting surprises.

iffy iffy‘ takes over with full nightclub energy. Smooth vocals, addictive rhythms, and excellent vocal layering make this track incredibly engaging from start to finish. The ad-libs only add even more attitude and coolness to the overall vibe.

The interlude, ‘Need Your Company‘, slows things down with a softer and more delicate atmosphere. The progression throughout the track is beautifully crafted, gradually building emotional intensity while highlighting the members’ stunning vocal performances and emotional delivery.

We transition seamlessly into ‘Sonder‘, a track with an especially captivating arrangement. The song opens with slightly distorted vocals before evolving into a soft and dreamy listen that constantly shifts between delicate and immersive moments, creating a truly mesmerizing atmosphere.

Moving toward a more experimental direction, ‘Saki‘, featuring Aliyah’s Interlude, delivers a dance-pop EDM experience packed with dynamic production choices. The song continuously changes textures and pacing, keeping listeners fully engaged while the vocal layering and smooth outro tie everything together beautifully.

Irony‘ injects a funky and energetic edge into the album. The Brazilian funk-inspired influences give the track a vibrant identity, while the slick vocal transitions and explosive energy make it one of the most instantly fun moments on the record.

On a more nostalgic 80s-inspired sound, ‘Trust Exercise‘ delivers charming melodies and layered vocals that grow stronger as the track progresses. The vibes completely peak here, with the members balancing laid-back energy and powerful vocal performances effortlessly.

Closing the album is ‘Liminal Space‘, an outro track that incorporates a conversational skit between the members before gradually evolving into a serene and emotional finale. The organic progression gives the album a cinematic closing moment that feels both intimate and epic at the same time.

With ”PUREFLOW’ pt.1′, LE SSERAFIM further expands their sound while staying true to the playful and experimental identity that makes them so unique. The album is vibrant, unpredictable, and incredibly fun from beginning to end.
