Summer is around the corner and the K-beauty industry is rolling as fast as ever. It’s been a while since we spoke about sunscreen and we thought it would be great to share our latest finds and the top rated SPFs. AHC Natural Perfection Fresh Sun Stick
Starting off as a strong contestant is AHC’s Natural Perfection Fresh Sun Stick SPF50 PA++++. I decided to include this sunscreen because it’s been on my list to test for a while. I really loved the ease of use and the moisturising ingredients it has.
On top of these, this SPF has a really high protection factor and is water resistant, you can now enjoy swimming without worrying. Definitely one of my favourites and I cannot wait to test it out.
Missha – Essence SPF45 PA+++
Missha is one of the favourite brands in the K-Beauty world and I had to include this famous TikTok sunscreen.
This sunscreen is lightweight, non-sticky and oil free, perfect for everyday use. The only downside is the fragrance in the product, if you have sensitive skin this one wouldn’t be the best option but for other skin types it is absolutely worth it.
Beauty of Joseon – Relief Sun: Rice + Probiotics SPF50 PA+++
Another TikTok famous SPF is the Beauty of Joseon’s Relief Sun. Its lightweight cream formula is easy to absorb for the skin, avoiding whitecast, and on top of this its components have calming and brightening ingredients, including one of our all time favourites niacinamide.
Relief Sun: rice + probiotics is an absolute must have for this summer season, and the best of everything is that it is suitable for all skin types.
Isntree – Hyaluronic Acid Airy Sun Stick SPF 50 PA+++
By now you might have noticed that I am a fan of the sun sticks, its easy application makes it perfect for people on the go, and what I loved the most is that it can be carried everywhere.
Isntree Hyaluronic Acid Airy Sun Stick is out there providing not just UV rays protection but also moisturising the skin with its hydrating ingredients. As most of the ones in our list this product is lightweight and just has to be reapplied every two hours.
Isntree – Hyaluronic Acid Watery Sun Gel SPF50 PA++++
As if it wasn’t good enough getting a sunstick, Isntree also has the gel version and this one helps to reduce the heat in the skin from the UV rays.
Its eight hyaluronic acid combinations help this SPF last longer on the skin and on top of this it also has anti-aging and oil-moisture balance properties. This product is recommended for all skin types.
NEOGEN – Day-Light Protection Airy Sunscreen SPF50
Packed with natural extracts, NEOGEN’s Day-Light Protection Airy Sunscreen is another product I am looking forward to adding to my SPF collection. With a lightweight formula this product is fast-absorbing and does not leave any whitecast.
This SPF is recommended for sensitive skin for its soothing and calming ingredients, definitely an amazing find for this 2022 summer season.
