Korean face masks have become quite popular over the last few years. After using them for a while, I am not even surprised about the hype around them. They work wonders and help the skin look glowing and healthy.
If you have the right skin care routine the masks are just that extra help our skins need and Korean brands have a wide range of masks that tackle different skin concerns.
Today we are back with our top 5 of our favorite brands for face masks, and they were all tested and M.E.A.L. approved.
- Innisfree
You have probably heard of the brand Innisfree, they have a big range of cosmetics and skin care products, and their masks are one of my favorites in the market. From their range I have used many, but the ones that have worked the best with my skin type (oily/acne prone) have been the Tea Trea, Green Tea, Rice, Bamboo and Aloe Vera. If you are looking for extra hydration try the Pomegranate and Manuka Honey.

2. Mediheal
From Mediheal I have used their masks from their collab with Line Friends. Besides having a cute packaging, these masks are really good. The Aquaring Ampoule Mask and I.P.I LIGHTMAX AMPOULE MASK are my favourites from this range. They’re great when you have acne scars and they are also calming when the skin gets breakouts.

3. Skin 79
Skin 79 was my new discovery of 2019. Their range ‘Seoul Girl’ provides great hydration for the skin without leaving that super glossy look that other moisture masks leave. Their formula is different, most of the hydrating masks I have tried before had a creamy texture but this one is gel based, and my skin appreciated the freshness of this range especially during the summer.

4. Nature Republic
Nature Republic is also one of my favourite brands. From their range my top ones have been the Aloe and the Acai berry Mask. They work great on acne prone/oily skin. Their range is really broad, and I’m sure you will find a mask for your skin type. Check their full line here:

5. Goodal
Goodal’s bubble mask is my top one when it comes to cleansing masks. The feel of the sheet on the face is different given its composition with black charcoal powder and other fruit extracts, but definitely worth it. If you are looking for a mask that will help you pull out the impurities from your skin, look no further. This is the one for you.
