RBW Entertainment’s newest girl group PURPLE KISS released their debut EP ‘INTO VIOLET‘. We had a glimpse of their talent with their pre-debut singles ‘My Heart Skip a Beat‘ and ‘Can We Talk Again‘.
For their debut EP, the members of PURPLE KISS were involved in the production, lyrics, and even visuals and choreography of it. We are curious to see the surprises this extended play will bring, let’s check out the music.
INTO VIOLET
‘Intro: Crown‘ is the beginning of this EP, this intro starts off with an EDM track with a dark and mysterious feel, and slightly distort vocals. This opening transitions smoothly into the title track ‘Ponzona‘. In this song PURPLE KISS shows off their incredible singing abilities with a track that mixes a touch of rock, with pop and EDM.
The music video for this song gives off goddess vibes with the visuals, absolutely stunning. Watch it below.
The pre-released track ‘Can We Talk Again‘ and we are still obsessed with the bass line and lo-fi beats of this song.
Trap and hip-hop beats take over in ‘Skip Skip‘, this songs is catchy and groovy. The rap-line did an amazing job in this track and the harmonizations were fantastic.
‘Hello‘ is next, this soft pop/R&B inspired track is packed with PURPLE KISS’ powerful vocals. Its mellow vocalization makes it a very easy and charming listen and it just gets better with the acoustic guitar in the bridge.
The pre-released single ‘My Heart Skip a Beat‘ follows, and we get to the end of this debut EP with the single ‘Period‘. This song was entirely written by the members and it is an absolutely stunning ballad that shows the incredible talent of this rookie girl group.

RBW’s rookie girl group, definitely showed their charms and talent in this debut release, we are looking forward to see what’s next for them.
