We’re back with a new music video recommendation and this time we’re featuring ‘I’ by Taeyeon and Verbal Jint.
Somehow this was released more than five years ago in 2015 which is kind of crazy. Taeyeon was one of my first female soloists I started listening to and I was proper and well obsessed with this track for a while.
‘I’ is such a good example of storytelling and a wonderful sense of catharsis where she breaks free of constraints and can just be. The video was filmed in Auckland, New Zealand and her brother makes a cameo in the bar where she works.
