‘Haru Haru’ is an iconic song with a music video that still feels as dramatic as it was when it was released 12 years ago, and it is our throwback for this week.
I didn’t find out about this iconic track until a few years after it was released, but it is still one of my favourite songs by Big Bang up until this day.
Its music video is still quite intense (a lot of eyeliner, anger and crying) and everytime I watch it I just feel nostalgic. There’s also some cringe during the fighting scene between TOP and G-Dragon at the beginning.
This song skyrocketed Big Bang when it was released in 2008, and it will remain as one of the most iconic songs by the group. Also, the acoustic version is just heartbreaking and super sad, make sure to check it out.
