I was randomly strolling through YouTube when I stumbled upon the dance choreo for VIXX and their song ‘Voodoo Doll’. First of all, VIXX is iconic in so many ways, I love them to bits. The drama in their music videos is always so over the top, and I absolutely love it. That’s why it’s the feature for our Dance Choreo You Should Watch.
The choreo for ‘Voodoo Doll’ is honestly amazing. We start off with KEN being flipped into the air by the other members. I kind of want to know if they started off training with trust falls, you know, to build up to the actual flip.
Then with the wand, they mimic being stabbed in the heart and I thought that was such a clever touch. It also really fits in with the dramaticness their MVs are so well known for.
With the title in mind, it totally makes sense to have a bit where there’s one person controlling the movement of the others, also it just look really great.
