‘Paracosm’ opens up the EP with a cinematic tone that immediately sets the scene for a storytelling-driven release. The atmosphere is mysterious and immersive, perfectly introducing AM8IC’s unique soundscape.

The title track ‘Link Up’ follows, blending EDM beats and layered instrumentals into an addictive progression. The group’s dynamics shine, from the seamless rap flow to the falsettos and tonal contrasts, making this single vibrant, modern, and endlessly catchy.

Hip-hop takes center stage in ‘Escher’, where the members drop fiery verses over looping beats that pulse with energy. This track is bold, unexpected, and totally hype, a standout moment that highlights their charisma.

The pre-release single ‘Buzzin’ slides in next with groovy beats and a funky bassline. Its retro flair gives off 80s pop energy, and it’s effortlessly cool, a total serotonin boost of a song.

With ‘LUKOIE’, things get darker and more experimental. The mix of synth and trap elements creates a mysterious and layered soundscape. The transitions are sleek, the progression unpredictable, and the sectioning absolutely flawless, one of the most intriguing songs on the record.

Closing the EP, ‘Black Moon’ softens the tone with gentle rock instrumentals and dreamy vocals. It’s introspective and soothing, ending the release on a beautifully emotional note.

AM8IC’s ‘LUKOIE’ is an impressive debut that introduces a group with both musical depth and stylistic confidence. The storytelling, mixing, and conceptual cohesion make this EP one of the most memorable rookie debuts of the year. Don’t sleep on AM8IC, stream this release now!
