The Plot
Yoon Ga-min, played by Hwang Min-hyun, is a student with a deep passion for academics but a frustrating inability to excel in his studies. Despite his best efforts, his grades remain mediocre. However, what he lacks in academic success, he makes up for with his impressive martial arts skills.
Determined to improve his education, he transfers to Yusung Technical High School—a place infamous for its rough reputation—only to discover that its students are far more talented than expected. Unwilling to give up, Ga-min sets out on a mission to create a study group.
His first recruit is Kim Se-hyun (Lee Jong-hyun), but Ga-min soon realizes that Yusung Tech is plagued by extreme bullying and violence, with many students suffering under the rule of a powerful few. Undeterred, he pushes forward with his dream of forming a study group, and with the support of the new teacher, Lee Han-kyung (Han Ji-eun), he begins to build a circle of friends who not only want to improve their grades but also fight back against the school’s reign of terror.
Along the way, he gathers an unlikely team: Lee Ji-woo (Shin Soo-hyun), Choi Hee-won (Yun Sang-jeong), and Lee Joon (Gong Do-yu). Together, they transform their study group into something much greater—both a source of academic motivation and a powerful force for change in their school.
