There’s a new boy group in town with NouerA and their debut EP ‘New is Now’. We’re super curious about this group consisting of Gihyeon, Junpyo, Hyunjun, Yuseop, Lin, Fan, and Miraku. Let’s dive right in!
New is Now
We start off with ‘Sparkle’. This is a cute pop track that starts the album on a fun and playful note. There are some interesting layers to the instrumentation!
Next up is the title track ‘N.I.N’. According to the album description this track is about ” the process of wishes gathering together to become a strong cry, and delivers the message that you will experience a new world through NouerA.”
It’s a cool blend of EDM and rock, with a sick dance break.
After that we get ‘Bring the Crunk’. This is a fresh track of the Crunk&B genre. It feels original and new while still balancing a familiar sound. It’s a fun listen with a lot of charisma.
Following that we get the pre-released ‘MU‘.
‘Jet Stream’ is a Dance EDM blend with a really catchy hook and a fun synth in the instrumentation. I like the energy and cool guitars.
The closing track is ‘Pairing’. We’re going for a Brit pop moment with sweet emotions and a warm melody. This is a very sweet track with a very wholesome vibe.
