MO’ COMPLETE: HAVE A DREAM
‘HEADLINE‘ starts off this release and we dive right in with an electronic/hip-hop inspired beat. Its liveliness and up-beat track had me jamming to it as it started. An wonderful beginning!
The title track ‘CLOSE‘ comes up next with house music and fantastic beat drops. I am living for the arrangement of this track, I really loved the balance between the vocals and the rapping. It is just awesome, it really feels like the perfect summer song with smooth singing and a killer bridge.
The music video is absolutely stunning, the CG is beautiful, and the storyline interesting. Big shoutout to the styling team, the members look really cool. Watch it below.
With a bright and supper happy feel ‘LULULALA‘ plays next. The funky vibe in this song just makes me feel happy and I loved the wholesomeness. It is the perfect fun and chill listen.
With a pop/rock feel we get ‘MERRY-GO-ROUND‘, this song is a lot softer than the previous ones, and makes the perfect balance for this release. The vocal line did an amazing job with the lyrical delivery in the track, the harmonizations and ad-libs are a blessing to the ears.
We close this EP on an emotional note with ‘A LONG WINTER‘, the emotions in the singing and rapping had me feeling nostalgic. They definitely killed it delivering the emotional content in this track, and it was a memorable way to close this release.
