Seok Jisu (aka Shammah) first entered the entertainment spotlight as a contestant on K-Pop Star season 6. Though she didn’t take the win, her legendary stages showcased her extraordinary vocal talent and left a lasting impression.
Official Debut
Shammah officially debuted in 2021 with the single album ‘Hangover!’, revealing a more mature side of her artistry while still carrying the same power that made her stand out.
Her first comeback came in 2024 with the soulful single ‘Today’, further solidifying her as an underrated gem in the R&B scene.
First EP: Geum
Her first EP ‘Geum’ followed, led by the title track ‘Besides You’ featuring TIVE. The release displayed a stunning versatility, blending rich R&B layers and emotional depth. Among its tracks, ‘Love Anthem’ stood out with its flawless vocal layering and emotional delivery.
In 2025, she returned with the pre-release ‘How Bout?’, part of her latest EP ‘Alpha Wave’. The title track ‘Haeparo’ (featuring untell) stands as another highlight in her discography, a smooth, polished, and vocally rich track that further cements her artistry.
