Kid Milli is back with a brand new EP title ‘BEIGE 0.5’. We absolutely love his music so let’s dive right in.

This extended play starts off strong with an electric guitar and bass accompaniment in the track ‘손톱 (Fingernail)’. I absolutely loved the flow between the instruments and the vocals, it felt very organic and unique.
Next is ‘돌아가자’ with echoey vocals that I totally dig, the drums at the beginning followed by the beat drop was just fire. Having electric guitars, basses and drums behind vocals in a hip-hop song is just super refreshing and very uncommon but I totally love it.
‘To You’ comes next with a more underground hip-hop style. It’s followed by ‘너’ featuring pH-1, and this song is going to be my one of my favorite summer songs. It is romantic, cute, and it has an electronic vibe that just feels perfect for a day at the beach.
Next up is one of the title tracks ‘Instagrammer Girl’ and this song is so cool! It has an R&B vibe in it that makes it very smooth and pleasant to listen to. Kid Milli’s vocals are soft and the low pitch he uses throughout the track is captivating.
‘Timmy Holiday’ featuring Paul Blanco starts off with a more ‘lazy rapping’ style but suddenly changes to fierce rhymes and rap. This song definitely stood out for me. The mixing and layering is amazing and I completely loved how the change of tempo was so well transitioned in the track.
The second title track ‘Pop’ featuring Nafla and Loopy is everything I expected. It has this acoustic feel in it but also a very underground hip-hop style that left me astonished. I’m in love with the flow of this track and I can totally see why it was chosen as a title track.
Finishing this EP is the remix of the previously released song ‘BOY’ featuring Kid Milli, Tommy Strate, JUSTHIS, Lil tachi, Swings. As expected it’s fire, it goes hard and it will keep you bouncing as you listen to it from the very start.
